Here I am bouncing through a corn field!! It was such fun. The corn was almost as tall as me so I had to jump my way through it. The corn has now been cut down so it's not so much fun.

- My name is Herbie and I am a Lancashire Heeler x Jack Russell. In the summer of 2007 I found myself, through no fault of my own, in a local rescue centre. I was just 9 months old. Mum spotted me on the rescue centre's website and couldn't resist! I'm a working dog. I go out with my Dad who's a 'Horse Whisperer' every day and help him do the whispering (actually I can be a bit barky!) Mum helps people who are experiencing problems with the behaviour of their dogs. They say I'm a 'bit of a character' (probably means 'very good') so they must have got me to be a bit of an advisor to Mum with her work.
